Registration Need-To-Know
Registration begins on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 9:00 am EDT and ends April 30, 2024 at 11:59 pm. USE THE LINK SENT TO YOU TO REGISTER. There are no cancellation refunds after April 30. Any cancellation before April 30 will be refunded less a $50 fee.
Please download and carefully read the registration information and instructions. This is essential for you to successfully register.
Online registration continues May 1, with a $50 late fee, not covered for equalization members or retirees. No registrations May 19 - 22. If you miss the deadline, it’s best to register before you arrive so your materials are waiting for you at check-in.
You will not be able to perfect legislation, or vote in Legislation Committee if you register after the May 19 registration deadline.
If you're paying by check, your check must be received in the Treasurer's Office by April 25 to validate your registration.

Laity Orientation Sessions will be held virtually to orient and prepare lay members for annual conference.
Plan to attend one of these sessions:
May 16: 7:30 - 8:30 PM
May 18: 9 - 10 AM
